Back again.. again.. again

It seems that really anytime I come to post on a blog, I end up talking about how I haven't posted in so long that it's like I might as well start over. At least this time, there are already posts talking about that, so it looks like I've posted more than once for a change. The catch is that those posts are 3 years old.

So as you can see, I have managed to get myself back to blogging for at least a post. I am happy I already had these set up so I can just jump right back in, even if those other posts are so old. I like what I have started here, so I would like to stick with it. The other post mentioned that my issues include not knowing what to post about and also that if nobody else cares, I don't care so much. While these are still true, I'm hoping that since it has been 3 years of the same issues, I will find a way to break them. My Mario Kart review was awesome to read again. I don't even remember writing it and barely could even tell it was mine, but it was. That's exciting to look back on, so I'd like to create things now that I can look back on later.

Overall, life is.. going. Really just trying to figure out me and how to get things back to better. Things have been tight for a long time now and are always getting tighter. We did just happen to upgrade on our real-life friend-status and that has been going well. Finally met some people who actually like a lot of the same things we do, and we can stand them so we actually want to hang out. Looking forward to seeing how all of that goes in the future.

All is soon, but when is soon? Soon just seems to keep slipping further and further back. Too much garbage in the head to sift through. Hard to want to do anything sometimes.. All of a sudden this got all serious. Which makes me want to make a joke about it. I think that's what I do. Pretty sure it is.

Meh, I'm just staring at the screen at this point, so I guess I will be done with this post. Maybe since I always expect to keep up on this and it doesn't work, this time I will expect my post to be in three years. See you then, I guess.

Getting started

Woo! I have stuff on all three blogs, so I am on my way to Blogville, USA. That place doesn't really exist, but at least I've gotten started. Maybe from here, I will actually keep up on some of my ideas and see if I can pull a few views/comments here and there. After these are beefed up a little bit, I have plans to go show them off in a few select places, but we'll see. Hopefully it all goes well.

Also, things at Subway went about as well as I could expect. I ended up coming back and typing up a really nice cover letter (yes, for Subway) and turned in the application. There really isn't any reason why he wouldn't want. He could even fire somebody, hire me and be way better off. They can't all be the most amazing workers in the world. I can be, so.. we'll see. Money would be nice.

I'll have to go into my survey ventures sometime as well.

First blog. Not ever, but might as well be. I have been floating out on the internet for a handful of years now, but I've not really made much of a splash in a while. I figure if everyone else is doing the blog thing, I'll start keeping my own. I just wish I had a really great idea to portray through it. Just starting something is good enough for me right now. I picture this maybe with reviews of stuff, random muses and rantings of whatever. I'm hoping that "Blog 'o Nonsense" will eventually find its own meaning. I find myself constantly saying "if only I had a blog that I could post to" so here we are. My biggest issue is that right now, nobody is going to read this. If nobody reads it, I lose interest. My interest in this thrives on feedback from others. If you happen to be reading this and you have any way of posting that you have, that's all I need. Otherwise, I guess I just need to make sure I'm worth reading and then go about seeing if I can get people to notice me.

Maybe I should have a really long, really awesome first post, but ultimately, the best part about having your own blog is that you can edit your own posts and delete whatever you want. Hence, if this posts sucks compared to any other given post, I can just delete this one and pretend it never happened. Or maybe it will stay here and I'll be able to look back and say "Wow, that was dumb." I have a bunch of ideas for "things to blog" except that I can't remember them right now. Lindsey and I just finished Mario Kart, so perhaps I will come up with a blog about how that went.

I guess we'll see. Until then.

PS. I need to compile a list of blog ideas. That would help me remember what I want to blog about. This is courtesy of Lindsey <3 and her idea to just blog about this because I couldn't find my journal to do it in. Getting into this habit might be exactly what I need. I wonder if blogger can blog from the desktop. That would make it easier too.

First!

Well, out of the three blogs I have just created, I guess this is the most fitting for most of my postings. Blog o' Nonsense will be for things I find humorous or random. Blog o' Gaming will be for reviews, news, and other general gaming goodness. Blog o' My Head will be my "normal" blog where maybe I talk about my life so in a while, I will have something to look back to. I should probably actually put that other post over here because it really doesn't fit over there anymore. I should get my first posts together for those.

In other news, I am off to Subway to see if I can get them to give me a job. I'm hoping it won't be too hard considering that I have worked at Subway before and the person who was there when I stopped in was older. I could easily outdo that. The manager is supposed to be there in about 15 minutes at this point. I wanted to catch them before lunch rush, but it looks like I might bump into it a little bit. *sigh* We'll see.
